Jenkins Family Residence and Rental House  

This was a senor level undergraduate design studio class, at Pennsylvania College of Technology, taught by Geoffrey Campbell in spring 2019.

The Jenkins family would like a build a home in Truro, Massachusetts. This home will be a four bedroom house with a two car garage. The Jenkins family would also like to build a three bedroom rental house on their property. The Jenkins like their privacy, and also support sustainability. They would like their house to be Passive Certified. For this project we had to create a full working drawings set.
